good weekend
went home since it was it was the first week of feb vacation for Andrew. Hung out with him alone Saturday afternoon/night. We usually go out or go to Kyle’s but not that night. It was a nice change. Sunday, I had lunch with mom and then went to kohl’s with Andrew and Roni. After that got boring, we just went to Alex’s house and bothered him for about 3 hours.
Then I left. And...
Now that my fun weekend is over
i have to do work. :/ i wish my lab partners sent me the proposed experiments, because i don’t have that and it’s due tomorrow. lame.
Andrew and I look at pets sometimes from shelter...
We both prefer cats, but we’ve actually been looking at some dogs. We’d like one that’s not too big, and really easy going. If it looks like husky that’d just be a plus.
But we wouldn’t get one for a really long time anyway haha.

i went last minute ice skating
it was fun, but my skates didn’t fit right and now my legs have horrible bruises. Also Lauren fell on her butt.

Finally finished my film paper and my lab report. Also did math homework in like 10 minutes because this chapter is all super easy review. I should go to bed now because I have an 8 am class followed by a 5 hour shift, then more class 6-8.

Trying to be fit again
Lauren and I now go to different classes and I do laps in the pool while she runs. We will become fit. It is going to happen. I miss being fit.

I just realized I've barely seen any mtv in the...
the only time I see it is when I go home because it doesn’t come in on our tv in the room. I used to watch it all the time to where I got sick of it. It’s actually quite nice without it. I don’t really watch tv much anymore, and when I do it’s either IFC or Food Network.

trying to pick up some more shifts
so far I have an extra 5 hours and I may have another 3. That’ll be 15 1/2 hours next week if I can get it. I want to make extra so I can have all the money ready for summer classes.
Also, commuting next year for at least a semester to save money for an apartment!

the past few days
I got my first paycheck from hoco the other day. Almost $140 so that was nice. I’ve been thinking lately that I may want to be a commuter next year so I can save up money to get an apartment junior year. I don’t know if I want on campus or off, but I’m ok with living at home while I save up. I’m not saying I want to live at home, but the dorms just seem like way too much...
